But you have to admit that the same old tunes done the same old ways starts to get stale. Bing Crosby for example - I could go the rest of my life without hearing him sing a Christmas tune. But there's really good fresh stuff - Sara Groves and Andrew Peterson in particular are big for me right now. Very excellent records from both. Sara Groves' is new this year and Andrew Peterson's has been out a few years. It follows the story of the gospel from moses to Christ, with masterful storytelling though song. Intensely enjoyable.
